			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There&#8217;s plenty of weird laws out there, there&#8217;s a lot of videos pointing this fact out, from state to state, country to country, but I think for the most part no one gives a poop. But this seems pretty ridiculous, the <a href="http://www.palmbeachpost.com/politics/content/local_news/epaper/2008/03/11/0311rivcharter.html">saggy pants law</a> introduced to combat indecency in the community. Now I don&#8217;t know how widespread the law goes, but it seems where the law is the police are enforcing it, just check out the video below.</p>

<p>From those images it doesn&#8217;t seem that indecent to me, just a couple inches of shorts. The law includes exposure of undies and/or skin&#8230; so what if someones wearing a short top that exposes the belly, seems like the same thing to me. I understand some may find saggy pants intimidating, for example down here in New Zealand all our gangs wear huge gang patches on the backs or wear very distinctive colours, but coming from my point of view saggy pants are a fashion choice. The law seems very ambiguous and could be misused.</p>
<p>I guess i just don&#8217;t &#8220;get it&#8221;.</p>
