As for the gnome videos themselves, the latest has pretty much the same set-up as the first, just seems like some kids are having fun making creepy little videos.

Many dibiletating diseases out there that prohibit the growth hormone from being produced. And just look at guiness book record for the smallest people. You would be surprised.

Outcast person like that would have all sorts of medical problems.
I say outcast because people would clearly not take him for their own and would even fear him, banning him from society and medical care.
Think about all the abortions goin on, and young mothers abandoning their children just to be adopted by animals.
